Each user may hold only one active account on 234vip1. Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF, email address, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed automatically. Bonus balances on duplicate accounts will be canceled, and real-money balances will be subject to review before any refund is issued.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration and profile updates. False or outdated information may result in a temporary account suspension or permanent closure, as well as the retention of any pending balances while the matter is under investigation.
Attention: 234vip1 conducts periodic reviews of registered account data. If any inconsistency is found between the information provided and the documents submitted, the account may be suspended until the issue is resolved with support.
234vip1 may request identity verification at any time. Verification is mandatory in the following cases: first withdrawal from the account, withdrawals above R$ 500.00, changes to banking details, or when the security system flags unusual activity.

Document review is completed within 24 business hours of submission. 234vip1 may request additional documents if the initial submission is illegible or incomplete. During the review period, the requested withdrawal is held, but the balance remains in the account.

All 234vip1 withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix, regardless of the deposit method used. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals are processed in an average of 4 minutes, 24 hours a day, including weekends and national holidays. The standard withdrawal limit is R$ 50,000.00 per day for verified accounts.
Deposits and withdrawals must be made exclusively to and from accounts or Pix keys registered under the same CPF as the 234vip1 account holder. Third-party deposits will be returned and may trigger a security investigation. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
234vip1 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals through any of the available methods. Any fees charged by the user's bank or financial institution (such as wire transfer fees) are solely the user's responsibility and are external to the platform.

A bet is considered confirmed and final the moment the user clicks "Confirm Bet" and receives on-screen confirmation. 234vip1 does not cancel bets after confirmation, except in the situations outlined in section 5.3 below. Please review your selection, stake, and bet type carefully before confirming.
The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds applied to the outcome. 234vip1 reserves the right to adjust odds prior to confirmation in response to market movements. Odds generated incorrectly due to a technical error may be canceled and the staked amount refunded, at 234vip1's discretion.
If an event covered by 234vip1 is canceled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or not completed as scheduled, all bets are canceled and the staked amount is fully refunded to the user's balance. For accumulator bets, the canceled event is removed from the accumulator and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining events.
For bet settlement purposes, 234vip1 uses the official result published by the governing body of the event — CBF for Brasileirão Série A and Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL for Libertadores and Sul-Americana, UFC/MMA Brasil for MMA bouts, and the respective federations for volleyball, NBB basketball, and other sports.
Live bets are subject to broadcast transmission delays. 234vip1 is not responsible for discrepancies between the moment a bet is placed and the actual state of the game caused by such delays. In events where irregularities or match-fixing are suspected, 234vip1 may suspend live betting markets without prior notice.
All slots, casino games, and crash games available on 234vip1 use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories. Results are random and unpredictable. 234vip1 does not guarantee winnings on casino games.
In the event of a technical failure during a slot round or live casino session, 234vip1 will investigate the incident using server logs. Bets from incomplete rounds caused by a confirmed technical failure will be refunded. The result displayed on the user's screen at the time of disconnection may differ from the result recorded on the server; the server log always prevails.
Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits per round, displayed within the game interface. 234vip1 may adjust these limits at any time. VIP Program members may be eligible for personalized limits upon request to their account manager.
234vip1's welcome bonus offers a 100% match on your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00, plus 100 free spins on slots for deposits of R$ 50.00 or more. The bonus is activated automatically on your first deposit — no promo code needed. The welcome bonus is granted once per CPF only.
The bonus balance carries a 5x rollover requirement, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 5 times before it can be converted to real balance and withdrawn. Bets with odds below 1.40 do not count toward the rollover. For slots, 100% of wagers count toward the rollover. Cancelled or refunded bets do not count.
Your real balance and bonus balance are kept separate within your account. The real balance is always available for withdrawal, regardless of any bonus rollover requirement. The system applies the bonus balance to wagers first, while the real balance remains untouched until the bonus is fully used or expires.
Unused bonuses expire 30 days from the date they are granted. Free spins expire after 7 days. Once expired, any remaining bonus balance is automatically removed from the account. Your real balance is not affected by bonus expiration.
Important about promotions: 234vip1 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void bets if it identifies promotional abuse, such as betting on events with a predetermined outcome, creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses, or any practice flagged as abusive by the fraud detection system.
Every registered 234vip1 user is automatically enrolled in the Bronze tier of the VIP Program at no cost. Progression across the five tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond – is automatic and based on accumulated VIP points earned through wagering.
VIP points are earned as follows: Sports Betting generates 10 points for every R$ 10.00 wagered; slots generate 15 points for every R$ 10.00; live casino and crash games generate 12 points for every R$ 10.00. Cancelled or refunded bets do not earn points. The earning table may be updated by 234vip1 with prior notice by email.
VIP cashback is calculated based on net weekly losses (losing bets minus winnings in the same period). Weeks with a positive balance generate no cashback. Cashback is credited every Sunday as real balance, with no rollover, and can be withdrawn immediately. Cashback percentages by tier: Bronze 5%, Silver 8%, Gold 12%, Platinum 16%, Diamond 20%.
To maintain your VIP level, a minimum number of monthly points is required: Silver 500 points, Gold 2,000 points, Platinum 5,000 points, Diamond 15,000 points. The Bronze level has no maintenance requirement. 234vip1 will notify you by email if your monthly volume falls below the required minimum.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, bonus cancellation, and balance holds pending review:
Consequences: If prohibited conduct is confirmed, 234vip1 may close the account, cancel all bonuses and bonus balances, and retain real deposit balances for up to 30 days while the matter is investigated. Cases that constitute criminal offenses will be reported to the appropriate Brazilian authorities.
You can request account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing suporte@234vip1.best. Before closing the account, all available real balances must be withdrawn. Bonus balances are canceled upon closure. Account closure is processed within up to 5 business days of the request.
234vip1 may close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following cases: breach of these Terms, identified fraudulent activity, request by competent authorities, or when the user requests self-exclusion for responsible gambling. In cases of closure due to a violation, account balances are subject to review before any refund is issued.
234vip1 offers self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account is blocked for deposits and betting. Any available balance may still be withdrawn during self-exclusion. Learn more on the Responsible Gambling.
